I’m Kerry — a beauty therapist, business owner, wife, mum, and pug mama with a soft spot for detail and a low tolerance for bullshit.
I started EVOLVED Beauty & Brow Services because I was tired of how beauty was being done. Tired of rushed services, noisy spaces, and that awkward feeling of being just another body in the chair. I wanted something better. So I built it.
I’ve been in this industry long enough to know that skill matters, but so does connection. My clients don’t just come for brows or spray tans — they come because they know they’re safe here. Seen here. Looked after properly here. And I take that seriously.
Outside of work, I’m family-oriented to my core. My partner Brett and our kids keep me grounded. My two pugs — who I lovingly call the Admin Team — are usually snoring somewhere close by. And between running the salon and building digital systems that keep it all flowing behind the scenes, I’m doing what a lot of women do: showing up every day, for everyone else, while also building something of my own.
